Legal Project Management Partners (LPMP) is a certified woman owned company that has 3 lines of business: life sciences consulting, legal project management, and disaster recovery.
Today, in the wake of Fiona and Ian, we want to highlight how we can help and what we have done in past emergencies.
Our team has helped non profits, some of them pro bono, with projects’ design, development of policies and procedures, inspections, orientations, in the context of hurricane Maria and the tremors. We have also supported non profits in developing a solid operational structure that helps them grow and therefore support further the communities they help.
Our team has also assisted companies that support the emergencies by being critical suppliers to pharmaceuticals and medical devices manufacturers. We provide them with compliance assessments, quality systems strengthening, processes improvement, and project management.
Today, we can continue our work and expand our support to contribute further to disaster recovery efforts. Our personnel is bilingual in English and Spanish and we are able to partner immediately with other certified minority businesses and non profits that provide a wide range of disaster recovery services; for example: minor repairs (Precision Painting); public health support, grants & program management (Vysnova Partners); businesses support and legal representation (UPR Resiliency Law Center); automation processes (JC Automation); data science for public health (Outcome Project); Education (Barquin & Associates); among other wide range of collaborations that we are able to promote.
